Assist Kayla in Memorializing Her Grandmother

Hello everyone. My name is Kayla. I'm creating this GoFundMe to help with some of my grandmother's afterlife care (specifically her urn and something special for her kids to have in memory of her.) A little under a month ago, my grandmother was hospitalized. The doctors had full intention for my grandmother to be coming home last week but she took a turn for the worse a few days before she was discharged.
