Help My Service Dog Lehi Get the Medical Care He Deserves
Hi, my name is Dave Bryant, and I’m a proud U.S. military veteran, I served in the US ARMY as a Military Police 1st Lieutenant and a professional canine trainer. For years, I’ve had the privilege of working with dogs, including during my time serving in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. I was part of specialized teams, working alongside canines in anti-narcotics and anti-terrorism missions. I’ve seen firsthand the incredible bond that forms between a handler and their dog, and I’ve experienced that bond deeply with my own service dog, Lehi.
Lehi has been my loyal companion and true service dog for years. He’s been there through thick and thin, offering support in ways that words can’t describe. But now, Lehi is facing a serious medical challenge. He’s suffering from an unknown leg ailment that is progressively getting worse, severely restricting his ability to walk and perform his daily duties as a service dog. This is not just a medical condition; it’s a threat to the bond we share and to the help he provides me every single day.
As you may know, medical treatments for service animals can be expensive, and my savings are quickly being depleted as we try to figure out what’s causing Lehi’s condition and how we can treat it. I am reaching out to you, the kind-hearted members of the community, to help us raise the necessary funds to get Lehi the care he urgently needs and deserves.
Lehi has always been there for me, offering loyalty, support, and love. Now, it’s my turn to be there for him. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a world of difference in helping us afford the treatments that will improve his quality of life and allow him to continue serving as my true service animal and protector.
Thank you so much for your time, compassion, and generosity. Your support means everything to us!
With sincere gratitude,
Dave Bryant
