Assist Mandy with Medical Bills and Recovery

Hello, my name is Mandy. I have recently shattered my arm which is causing me to need a total shoulder replacement. I'm not asking for sympathy and I hate asking for help, but in order to get by until my disability kicks in, I need some help paying some bills. Any help would be appreciated.
