Assist Marty during his medical crisis.

Hello everyone - I am Rosanna Nowak and my brother, Martin “Marty” Garcia needs some assistance. For the past several months he has been faced with several serious medical issues. He has undergone 3 separate surgeries for 2 different medical issues. One of which resulted in Marty being hospitalized for well over a week. Besides his hospital stay, he was faced with various medical scans, tests and numerous specialists. The medical issues and subsequent surgeries couldn’t have come at a worse time. Prior to all of this he was in the process of changing jobs and his medical insurance had not kicked in.

Marty still has one more surgery ahead of him. The situation is all so overwhelming and while he is unlikely to ask for assistance, he will definitely need it.
