Assist Michael: Struggling After Accident

My best friend Michael Thompson was unfortunately involved in a hit-and-run accident. “As he was walking East on Illinois towards Dearborn (passing RPM) he had the green light, the cars that he saw trying to turn left (going north onto Dearborn) he stepped back and allowed them to turn, as no more cars where turning he started to cross the street & literally before he could make it across a car sped into the same turn he had allowed others to and he was hit on the right, he fell to the left (immense neck & back pain, discomfort in his fingers & toes a scar also.. a kind pedestrian assisted him & called 911, the driver sped away”

He’s not able to work right now and is still in constant pain. He doesn’t have the means to pay his rent or other expenses. I would love to be able to help him out. If you can find it in your heart to donate, it would be so appreciated.
