Assist Mom After Drunk Driver Crash

Last night a drunk driver crashed into my mom's car outside of her home. We were told by the police that it was a stolen car and therefore insurance will not cover the damage (and my mom doesn't have car insurance herself). So I'm humbly asking if you're able to give, even a little, to help with tow truck fees and perhaps a start on what it will take to fix the car or find a new one. We don't yet know if the car is fixable or what the estimate is to get it fixed, so I'm making a guess on the ask, but every little bit helps.
