Assist Quonda's Family in Their Time of Need

Hello, my name is Lafonda Grant. The mother of Laquanda Hudson. She was also known as chocolate Monroe, Quanda, and Quandella.

I’m asking with a heavy heart and gratitude despite the challenges my family and I are going through. On May 23, 2024 my family was blindsided by the loss of my daughter to senseless domestic and gun violence.

Quonda was loved , outgoing, outspoken, funny and down to earth. She was a good singer and loved karaoke. Her beautiful smile would light up any room she entered.

Quonda was a great mother, daughter, sister, cousin and friend. She loved her children dearly and above all she loved her mother and father.

She was very family oriented - never missed family events. Quonda will be deeply missed.  This gofundme will help support her two young children and other necessities financially while they grieve the sudden loss of their mother. I will be taking responsibility of the two children and they will also need trauma informed services.

I find myself turning to my community for support . If there is anyone who can extend a helping hand during our difficult time. If you find it in your heart to for donations or even some kind encouraging word of kindness would be appreciated.
