We the family of Michael Rowe, lovingly known as “Little Mikey,” are reaching out with shattered hearts after the horrific and senseless loss of our beloved 15-year-old brother.

On Saturday December 7th, 2024, Mikey’s life was tragically stolen in an act of violence that has left us utterly broken and forever changed. He innocently lost his life while protecting someone he cared for. His kindness was boundless, his spirit unmatched and we are sure these qualities showed as he tried to de-escalate the situation. He was humble and selfless, always putting others before himself, even at such a young age, which showed in his bravery and action on the tragic night of his passing.

Mikey was just weeks away from his 16th birthday, a milestone we will now never have the chance to celebrate as well as many more milestones Mikey had ahead of him. He was a strong, smart, and brave teenager who loved to go fishing with his father and in general just hang out with his dad. He loved animals, music, gaming, and spending time with friends and family above all else. He will always be remembered as the good-hearted kid with a large smile that would light up the room. To know him was to love him. He had a way of making everyone feel special, seen, and cared for. He is deeply missed, and his family is heartbroken with grief. We are thankful to have known such a beautiful soul and to have called him family.

As we the siblings & family of Little Mikey struggle to comprehend this unimaginable loss, we are faced with overwhelming financial burdens. We humbly ask for your support to help cover financial burdens during this devastating time.

This tragedy has torn a hole in our hearts, and life will never be the same without him. We are beyond grateful for any donations, kind words, or acts of support as we honor Mikey’s memory and try to find a way forward without him.
