Assist Ryelee's Family Through Tough Times

Hi my name is Ryelee and on late Wednesday night on April 10th my grandpa (gpa for short) unexpectedly passed away. This fundraiser will be used to not only help my grandma find housing but to support her and my dad through this tough time with moving, expenses, trying to rehome their animals and maybe even getting my grandpa a small service.

My grandparents fell in love very young and got married when they were 18. They were together going on 59 almost 60 years. After losing their son (my uncle) about 10 years ago it has been very tough. Money had been a struggle and with my grandpa now gone they can no longer afford to keep their house. My grandma was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s about 6 years ago and has slowly progressed throughout the years. My grandma is one of the most caring, loving and one of the strongest woman I know. Growing up she has always been an inspiration with me always getting compared and her amazing heart. My grandpa was always stern but one very funny guy. Always knew how to make the whole family laugh. After my grandma would make dinner he would always say if I finished all my dinner I would get ice cream. I would always get so excited and we would make our bowls together and sit and laugh as we always did. The love they both shared and gave us is something I will always remember.

His passing was so sudden and we hope that even if you can’t donate to please share and help make sure my grandma can get somewhere safe and find a place to call home.
