Assist Tamela in Lilliani's Final Journey

My name is Tamela Sykes and I’m making this on behalf of my grandmother who recently passed away.

This long journey led up to her passing. My grandmother, Lilliani Griffin, had an autoimmune disease which caused her to have a bad liver due to that autoimmune disease. She was on the waiting list for a new liver, but her insurance didn’t kick in as fast as she got approved to have the new liver. When she did get approved for the new insurance change, her health had declined tremendously. She had then developed kidney problems which caused her to be on dialysis. During one of her sessions of dialysis on her birthday, her heart stopped. They brought her back, but that affected her candidacy to continue receiving dialysis. Her health then declined even more after that. So it was decided to place her on hospice care. She later didn’t make it to hospice care. Unfortunately, a few days after her birthday, which was November 30th, she passed away on December 4th, 2024, at 12:16 a.m.

We are now seeking help from anyone who is willing to assist us with the burial and funeral arrangements cost of $12,074 due to her not having life insurance.
