Assist Tanya After Neighborhood Shooting

Hello my name is Tanya , on Novemeber 19th at 9:00pm, there was shooting in my neighborhood, resulting in my car being shot through and is now inoperable. I have reached out to the apartment complex for assistance on how we can resolve this issue, my car insurance won't cover this either. I now don't have transportation to work with a rental car being nearly $500 a week and this being out of pocket. I am struggling to get help with these expenses. I am reaching out to the community for help, anything would be helpful.
