Assist Tia's Loved Ones Through This Difficult Time

Donation protected
I am writing this as a person that knows Tia like a "sister" even though I don't officially have the title. This is not an easy thing to do and I know from my own personal experience in dealing with this that no matter how many times you go through it, it truly doesn't get easier to handle. Tia's husband Daniel (Cujo) as we all know him is going through so much right now and getting him to sit down and put things into words is truly a difficult task. Ella their 11 year daughter is also having a difficult time coming to gripes with what is actually happening and just hoping that her mommy is "sleeping" soundly. Maddox, Tia's 18 year old son is still in Palm Beach County and is feeling the affects of all of this as well and has came to see his mother quite a few times now. He has come to the decision in his mind that he wants to give his blessing for Cujo to do what is best for his mom. No one wants to see her in this state as we all know that she would not want to continue life this way. The rest of Tia's family including her sister Hope and cousin Donnie is closely helping Cujo as much as possible with emotional and physical support as much as can be expected. So many people have stepped up in order to help try and keep some normalcy to young Ella's life. This is not easy when conversations need to be had regarding the final arrangements with Tia's care. It has been a difficult task because Cujo and the family are trying to shield Ella from as much of it as possible but while trying to keep her informed of the steps that will need to be taken.
Those that do know Tia know that she has always been "full of life" and one "who danced to the beat of her own drum". This is no surprise to those of us that are close to her and even in dealing with this whole health situation she seemed to have to "go big or go home". Even in typing this it is difficult to keep the tears from falling but it is something that needs to be done. A long time ago Cujo, Tia, and Hope had a conversation and it was discussed that if something life threatening happened to her and caused her to be in a critical phase of life she was requesting 30 days for her body to bounce back and for her to return to her normal energetic self. This was an agreed upon stipulation, and in all reality it has been since August 26th and there honestly has been no change, no improvement, and no normal Tia. This is breaking Cujo's heart and he is now actually faced with making sure that final arrangements are being made in order of taking her off the life support/Hospice care and making that final choice to let her go. In saying let her go it will never be an easy task, an easy arrangement, or a day that will pass without him wanting to call out to her, hug her, or just know that she is near. This is going to be the hardest thing he as a husband has had to endure during their marriage of 20 years and a decision that he does not take lightly. There are some final expenses that will need to be covered and unfortunately due to the onset of this health situation he and Tia were not able to finalize their life insurance policies. This causes even more added stress because now he is faced with trying to rob Peter to pay Paul in making sure that he is able to give Tia an amazing send of while still keeping in mind that he will have expenses from going down from a 2 house income to a 1 income and also he will take on the sole responsibility of taking care of Ella and her wellbeing.
We know that so many are struggling currently in this world from all the things that are going on around us whether it is from the hurricanes, tornados, or other health issues and we know that it will be difficult to find it within your hearts to donate but we are humbly asking if you are able to donate to please do that. It does not matter the amount that is donated because we all know that something is better than nothing. If you can not donate, please share this fundraiser as well as share a story, a picture, or a memory of Tia to this page. We appreciate everyone for listening to Tia's story and we pray that no matter what you are going through that we always be reminded that life is short and that tomorrow is not guaranteed. If you have things that you need to say to someone don't put it off and just remember that you may never get that second chance.
We are going to have a celebration of life and that will be announced at a later time with all the details pertaining to the location and date. We will be asking everyone to wear her favorite color "GREEN" or to wear her favorite NFL team "Dallas Cowboys". Again we will give those details as soon as possible. The date that is on here is not in stone but that is what we are looking forward to and will be clarifying that the date is available.

Thank you in advance for all that you will be doing.
