Assist Veterans in Need of Mobility and Medical Aid

In 2018, I nearly collapsed while at work from lack of oxygen. I was diagnosed with severe lung disease, which has worsened over the years. Two weeks ago, I was hospitalized with COVID-19 and have remained there since.

I'm retired, receiving Medicare and Social Security with my wife, but the expenses of traveling to appointments, utilities, and month-to-month bills place us in a difficult situation, making it hard to continue without financial assistance. My wife and I are both veterans, served honorably, but despite my wife's duty at an Agent Orange disposal site, neither of us receive disability benefits.

I will most likely require mobility assistance, such as a wheelchair, when discharged from the hospital, as well as a vehicle capable of transporting it. I can only hope the mobility aid is able to help with these challenges.
