Vincent Anthony DelFino, age 34, passed away unexpectedly at home on November 18, 2024. Vincent is survived by his loving and devoted mother, Debra A. (Jacques) DelFino, and her wife, Mary Harnedy, of East Greenwich, RI. He is also survived by his father, Peter A. DelFino, and his wife, Maggie, of Punta Gorda, FL.
Affectionately known as Vinny, he was the beloved brother to his step-siblings, Patrick and Erin Harnedy, and adored by his nieces, Charlotte and Isabel Harnedy. He will be deeply missed by all of them. Vinny touched the hearts of everyone he met. He was a devoted friend and confidant to many long-time friends and family. Vinny loved the theater, music, singing, and making people happy. He had the voice of an angel. Once you met Vinny, he left a forever impression on your heart. He was funny and could tell a story like no other.
Anyone who knew him and loved him is not laughing right now; our hearts have been blown into a million pieces, and our pain is immense. In time, we hope to take comfort in the wonderful memories he created with us.
Vinny was employed at Rhode Island Hospital, a Lifespan Partner, as an Administrative Assistant and loved his work family. He was dedicated to his work ethic and professionalism.
Vincent will be laid to rest peacefully beside his grandparents, Richard Sr. and Marie DelFino, whom he loved so dearly in life. “At the end of the day,” you will always be loved and missed beyond measure.
This world was never meant for one as beautiful as you, Vincent.
