Help Wayne and Singer.

My name is Kim. I'm a retired paramedic and a full time nurse.
 I met Wayne and singer  outside the Timmy's near Walmart awhile back. He is a beautiful human. He says he is mildly autistic and loves horses. Apparently he would trade his skills with horses for a place to lay his head at night.it sounded like he had done this for sometime. I told him how much the people of Penticton talk about him and want to be there for him. He couldn't believe it. He just stared at me and said really? I assured him he was so cared about .Wayne is a wonderful human who is nomadic. He told me some of his story. He has travelled all over BC and into Alberta with his old dog Singer. He has been singers human for over twelve years. She is in need of serious vet help. When I asked Wayne if there was one thing you could have what would it be? He thought for a few moment and said a camper van thing for me and singer.shes getting old. He had been staying at that place across from burger king but people kept stealing from him. So he left.  Wayne does not drink. Does not do drugs. He is a nomadic person who had a car up until last year that he would park at Walmart with signs all over it.. The police impounded it for safety reasons. He has been sleeping in a tent with singer for the last 6-7 months near the channel. I know many of you know this lovely 68yr old gent (approx.) I know we could really help this man and his doggo. A random act of kindness.
