Billie Ruth Taylor, my beloved grandma, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2024, at 3:37 am, with my mother by her side. My grandma, Billie Ruth, was the kind of person who always put others first. She took care of everyone around her—my mom, me, and even her own brother and his child when they faced hard times. She did all of this quietly, never asking for anything in return. She helped raised me from the time I was just 4 years old until I graduated high school, providing a home filled with love, even if she didn’t always express it in words. Her actions showed her heart—generosity, strength, and selflessness defined her.

I could share countless stories about the ways she impacted our lives, but I’ll keep this brief. We hope to give her the service she deserves, and any amount you can spare would help us reach that goal.
