Assist with Darnell Johnson Sr.'s Final Farewell

My name is April Johnson one of 6 biological children of Darnell Lavell Johnson Sr. On August 2, 2024 our dad was on his way to fish when he suddenly suffered a heart attack. Our father was revived and taken to Salem Hospital where he underwent surgery to clear a blood clot in the left main artery of his heart. After surgery our father was placed in an induced coma to relieve the stress on his other internal organs. Our dad survived the night after blood transfusions were given for low hemoglobin. Saturday morning our father went into crdiac arrest again as a result of his kidneys not functoning. His heart was stabalized and he was placed on dialysys. Dialysis did not take and our father passd at 1:05 PST on Saturday August 3, 2024.

Because of this sudden heart attack and untimely passing it is unknown if our father had prepared for his burial. Due to this fact, we have decided to cremate our father. We are asking family and friends for assistance in the cost with this service.
