Funeral Cost For La'Von Hall And Ma'laysia Martin

Hey guys so sorry to reach out in this way, but yesterday I got a call, my older brother, I had hoped it would be about a small family reunion we were hoping for, instead it was to inform me that my niece Tameeka "La'Von Hall" and her adult daughter Ma'laysia Martin "Lay Lay" who we both hoped to involve in this reunion had been gunned down in Compton. It's pretty hard to believe that this is happening and I am here writing this. I am here with my Nephew Uron Hall her brother helping with funeral arrangements and the logistics of picking up remains. I am doing my part as uncle for him he is here now handling things better than I would. This is my part. We do not have a service date as of yet as we are just about 30 hrs in to this tragedy.

The coward that took a shining star from my family is still out there and this makes no sense. I was sent a horrible news story about a mother daughter gunned down. I am dealing with the shock and rage that one has when it's there own family. These were beautiful Black Queens even though the story of there end was horrible. Tameeka the mom, my niece worked as the school district many years and helped nurture a brilliant young artist Ma'Laysia Lay Lay. I want to share the love of family and each other as we as a family navigate the circumstance.
