Assist with Grandma Sallie's Final Farewell

Hello, welcome to my Grandma Sallie's GoFundMe page. My name is Alexis (Lexie), and I am my grandma's granddaughter. I am making this to help support my Papa Jim during this difficult time for our family for the funeral expenses. My Grandma Sallie passed on November 22, 2024, at 5:21 PM from a heart attack. It was so sudden, and all of us are very devastated by Grandma's passing.

Grandma Sallie lived with me alongside Papa Jim and the kids. This past year, my papa and grandma celebrated 59 years of marriage. Sallie was known for her spunky personality and her love of slot machines. Sallie spent lots of time with the children of the family, including her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sallie loved to spend as much time as she could outside, soaking up the sun, with a fresh Coca-Cola in her hand. Her favorite sayings she is remembered for include, “What the hell?!” and “Ta-daaa.” She spent her days doing crossword puzzles, watching CSI, Food Network, and keeping up with Fox News. Sallie was a wonderful cook and enjoyed cooking for her family often. Sallie always had something to say and never held anything back; she was always honest about what was on her mind. She will be missed dearly.
