It is with a very sad heart that we share the news of a tremendous loss to our team, his family, and the community. We lost a special person, a kind and gentle soul. Kevin Perez is no longer with us on this earth. He was taken from us entirely too soon.

Kevin had an incredible love for people, animals, and real estate. His passion and dedication touched the lives of so many, and he brought joy and warmth to everyone he met. He was more than just a colleague; he was a friend, brother, son, uncle, cousin, soon to be father, and a beloved member of our family.
