Needing cremation assistance!! Please help with anything you can.

Asking for assistance with funds for funeral arrangements for Mike K. Gooden. If anyone hands me cash or sends it to cashapp or Facebook pay I’m putting it straight on here. Wish I could put who it’s from but they know and we thank them!

Mike has been fighting Metastatic Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma with metastasis to the ribs, abdomen, hip, spine, and skull for a few years. He originally went to the doctor for a lump on the side of his neck, which ended up being a large femoral neck lesion. He had this removed and then found he had several other lesions throughout his body. He did chemo and radiation, but the cancer was too invasive. The prognosis was poor, and treatment was aimed at symptom management and quality of life.

This has been a long, hard battle that is coming to an end in the near future. Hospice comes to see him daily. He is resting comfortably with a few hours of time awake and can't talk real well.

Amber (his sister), Bryan (his nephew), and I are asking for any donations to help us with the care for Mike after he passes. He did not have any life insurance and Social Security may or may not pay $255.

We will have a Celebration of Life too.
