Assistance for Angie Hardy

Today we reach out to help one of our community members in need.

The mountain community is strong and enduring, much like the mountain itself. But it can also be unforgiving. Recently, our dear friend Christian Hammond passed away unexpectedly. While his passing was able to give the gift of life to many deserving people, what it has left behind to the people closest to him has been devastating.

Angie is a caring, thoughtful, and generous person. She has brightened our community, taught our children, shared her passion, and devoted so much of herself to uplifting the people here at Crystal Mountain. Most of us will never understand or begin to fathom what she’s been through in Christian’s passing, but we do know that right now she needs our help.

It’s hard to understand what difference one person can make. Angie needs time, space, understanding, forgiveness, and love. In order for her to head down this path of healing she needs our help to provide financial stability.

Angie is working with her employer and is giving everything she can at this time, but healing doesn’t happen overnight. As she waits for financial aid and assistance to process, things are piling up. Help us help her now.

All funds raised here will go directly to Angie so that the mother of two can continue to pay her bills, stay up to date on rent, and all other financial obligations.
