Assistance for family of Jason Bitternose while on ICU

Donation protected
Hello family and friends, I am requesting assistance for Jason’s immediate family to stay nearby hospital while Jason is in ICU receiving life saving treatments. Jason recently become ill very quickly. As a result of Sepsis, he is facing a fight to recover. He is currently receiving dialysis and is being monitored very closely. His family travelled home to GGFN and back to be with him last night. I can see that being at hospital all these days has been stressful and hard on the family. Please donate any amount you can to help family get through this time together and be able to stay nearby hospital.

Jason or “Big Jay” is such a valued member of the GGFN community. Because of all his hard work and expertise, our GGFN community has an updated rink and everyone is enjoying the skating, hockey games and a better sense of community. Jason has always been involved in sports, recreation and anything involving the youth. He is a good role model and always pushing the kids to be better by encouraging them and teaching them. The GGFN community is not the same without “Big Jay” being here to handle all the arena duties.

Any amount will be a blessing to the family at this time, and don’t feel bad if you cannot donate too. Please keep praying that he beats this and makes a full recovery and can be back at the rink with all the kids.

Thank you
