Assistance for flood damage and hotel stay

On February 15, 2021 our apartment flood due to a pipe busted outside of our unit. The water came through the wall and flooded our unit. My kids toys, furniture, suitcases and etc. item got damaged. The renovation will take 3 weeks and 90% of our walls got damaged from the water. They will need to rip out the cabinets and move all appliances to the center of the kitchen. All furniture will need to be moved to the center of each room. The management wants us to live here while they renovation is happening. I am disabled with weak immune system and my son has a weak immune system. I am asking for help so that we can stay in a hotel or move if we can break our lease. The week before the flood my wife lost her job, she found another job and won't get paid until April 1st.
