Community as on 03/02. My girls

And I were held hostage by my ex who later took his life in our home. We will have to move as emotionally and mentally we will never be able to return there and have to move. I need to replace everything so there are not reminders or triggers for my girls so we can heal and one day be able to put this behind us.  This was a terrifying day for the 3 of us. Not even knowing if we would walk out of our home with our lives. We are turning to the community as we don’t know what else we can do and really need help At this time. Anything helps.  It has been a few weeks since the incident and we are actively in therapy and working with casa.  The waiting for housing is a long period of time and the landlord is harassing us to get out or saying they will evict.  We really just want to put this behind us and be able to focus on the future going back to work and school and being ok around people.  If you can find it in your heart to help we pray that you will.
