Assistance with medical bills, lodging and food

Hi I am Kayla Wyers a childhood friend of Misty’s.

I am attempting to help her family with expenses while they are up in Des Moines with Misty. The information below are updates from her family. For anyone that knows Misty knows that she has the most upbeat, outgoing soul and would do anything for anyone. Her spirit and laugh brings a smile to your face anytime you are around her. Please help in anyway you can.

Warming is continuing. Feeding tube in place. Apparently she is now diabetic. Still on vent until we see neuros happening. Could be anytime til 2,3 or 4 days until all the calming meds are out of her. Richie and I are talking our lips blue so maybe she will hear us and open her eyes. PRAY PRAY PRAY I KNOW ALL OF THE PRAYERS ARE WORKING!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE HELP US PRAY FOR HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Warming has started at 11. STEROIDS AND CALMING MEDS STOPPED. FEEDING TUBE PLACED. LASIX STARTED. TIME WILL TELL FOR NEURO MOVEMENTS. CAN TAKE SEVERAL DAYS. ALL MEDS HAVE TO BE OUT OF BODY. MY BABY WILL BE FINE!! GOD IS GOOD AND HE WILL PULL HER THROUGH!!!HOPE ALL UNDERSTAND MY CHOPPED NEWS. PLEASE STILL PRAY PRAY PRAY.

Ok. So, my daughter has been sick for 4 to 5 weeks. Several doctors with some treatments. Monday she went to Bloomfield E.R. neb treatment and higher dose of steroids. No good. Thursday we went back. Same thing. That night worse. Took her to albia hosp. They treated her. She could breath better but still sent home. AGAIN. Friday night she got worse. Went back to Bloomfield hosp. FINALLY A DR THAT LISTENED!!!! Did CT scan. Pneumonia. All else neg. Well. Still can't breath wit o2 and cpsp on . Dr Air lifts her to Mercy D.M. they incubated so she could go. No sleep in days with pred. She had cardiac arrest in air. Cpr done. In e.r mercy she had another one. She's still with us.on vent. Lowering body temp. Tomorrow we see the biggie, brain waves. PLEASE PRAY FOR MISTY! MY ONE AND ONLY!!! AND DONT STOP PRAYING!!!!!! Update when I can. PRAY PRAY PRAY!!!!! I NEED MY GIRL!!!!!!!
