Since April 16th, thanks to the generous contributions from so many beautiful friends, I now have enough money to pay for the wheelchair. Thank you so much!
Following such a great response we were inspired to manifest the Assist Heather Harmony Fund. This fund was created April 20th to fulfill my other dreams towards a happy, healthy life!

When I was fourteen I dove into a waterfall and hit a submerged rock. Since then I've been using a wheelchair and it's wearing out ...cause I love to dance!!!
After talking to a few friends, we all thought it would be a good idea to ask mutual friends on Facebook to help me buy a new wheelchair. I was suprised and thrilled by the likes, comments, shares and responses!!! The very next day another good friend of mine set up this "gofundme" campaign, Assist Heather Harmony Maui!

Now, I am hoping to raise funds for a wheelchair Access Van . The van I now have is a 1986. A more convenient, reliable and accessible van will make it much easier for me to get around! Any ideas? Possibly a donation of a used van?
I am also optimistic about the possibility of having access to an Endless Pool (sometimes my body does not want to go out as often as I do).
This Endless pool will allow me to swim and play in comfort. Excercise is a very important part in maintaining my health and vitality!
I have a special reward I'd like to offer those who Assist Heather Harmony Maui (that's me, Heather Proud). The reward is seeing me out and about, on the beach or on the dance floor! Hooting it up with all of you...my dear Maui family...and all you nice folks out there in cyberspace who support my dreams!
