Assure the Continuity and Preserve the Legacy of Fusor.net

Tax deductible
[Revised October 25, 2024]

Fusor.net now operated by a tax-exempt (501c3) non-profit organization, The WaterStar Foundation.

For more and 25 years, professional and amateur scientists and engineers around the world have have come to fusor.net to learn about a promising but neglected approach to the cosmic riddle, "how do you bottle a star." Thanks to the wealth of first hand knowledge compiled at our site, these intrepid souls have been able to design, build, and operate a nuclear fusion reactor based on a design pioneered in the 1950s and 60s by Philo T. Farnsworth.

If you're not familiar with the name, you should be. Farnsworth is the unheralded inventor of electronic television. Every video screen on the planet – including the one you are looking at now – can trace its origins to a sketch 14-year-old Farnsworth drew for his high school science teacher in 1922.

The WaterStar Foundation represents an expanded effort to recognize Farnsworth for the world-changing inventions he delivered – and draw more attention to the mysteries he left behind.

Please note: any funds contributed through this fundraiser window will still be dedicated exclusively to the maintenance of fusor.net.
