Help me escape an abusive household

My name is Elias, I’m a 19 year old Jewish trans man trying to escape an abusive situation. I am an anthropology student at UNT, looking into mortuary school, but currently taking a break from my studies for reasons explained below. I am also currently jobless due to mental health reasons outlined below. I live in north Texas.

On 6/24/18 I was threatened with death by my dad and he put his hands on me, and was followed to my mom’s house twice in the same day. He has a history of physical and psychological abuse against me dating as far back as age 8. I left the house calmly and packed my things, and I was on my way to a safe place to stay the night when I got in a car accident which I was not at fault for. My car is totaled and my abusive dad is taking me off his car insurance. 

I live with my mom currently, but she’s moving to Michigan to live with her boyfriend in a few days with no choice on the matter, as her wage isn’t enough to cover even the cheapest of rent combined with bills, food, etc.  Because of this I have no permanent safe place to go and nowhere to store my belongings, because moving in with my dad or leaving him with my personal property is a hazard to my safety, as well as detrimental to my mental health because of his manipulative tendencies/his aversion to my transition (due to his political conservatism). This all means I will be facing  homelessness unless I live with my dad.  

I am diagnosed PTSD, MDD,  Generalized anxiety and ADHD, and suffer severe psychosis from the PTSD, so I am constantly living in a stressful environment. I have been hospitalized twice for suicidal ideation, psychosis, and anorexia, which I am $5000+ in debt for due to being held in the hospital on order of protective custody after finding out my medical insurance didn’t actually cover my hospitalization. I have been cut off from my meds due to financial reasons. 

This fund will go to a myriad of things, including:
-a storage unit to keep my belongings until I find a place to live, and a P.O. box
-getting my car out of the towyard
-medical fees for my (minor) car accident injuries, ibuprofen, etc. 
-money towards a new car/car insurance so I can find a stable job
-down payment/security deposit (no credit so it will likely be around $1000)/first month’s rent on an apartment, or a motel
-food, transportation, toiletries, etc
-new glasses, because while my glasses are still wearable, they are heavily scratched from the car accident 

-the rest will go to hospital debt to improve my credit so I can find a decent place to live, as well as getting set up with medical insurance. 

I might need to increase the goal as I discover any surprise expenses. If possible I will list them.
