Ross Cohen

One of the things I appreciate most about working for NVR is how we come together as a work family for those in need - and this is one of those times. If you're reading this, you've likely had the pleasure of working with Ross Cohen at some point during his almost 30-year tenure.

Ross was diagnosed with cancer in May of 2023. His wife, Sarah, has been posting an online journal where you can read more about his journey here: https://www.caringbridge.org/visit/rosscohen/journal

We found out recently that although he would like to, Ross will not be returning to work. He has impacted so many people and we are getting a lot of questions as to how we can support Ross and surround his family in love during this difficult time.

With that said, in our conversations with Ross and Sarah, they have mentioned Ross's beloved dog Axl who is currently at a long-term boarding facility in Southwestern Virginia. Some of the money raised here will be intended to pay for some extra treats, walks, and playtime for Axl at his boarding facility. We know Ross will really appreciate the extra love for his dog. Any further funds will be given to the family to use as they see fit.
