Asylum Legal Fees

Cardiff Humanists are supporting, both as a group and as individuals, a young humanist from Afghanistan whose life is in danger should he be forced to return there.  His parents and other family members were murdered by the Taliban. His mother was shot because she taught girls. His apostasy does nothing to lessen his peril. The Afghan Taliban are intent upon killing him and have issued a fatwa to this effect.  Earlier claims for asylum have been refused and he is renewing  the process with a fresh submission. To further this we have sought quality legal representation in the form of Wilson Solicitors LLP who have been instructed to take on his case.

Therefore, we are asking for help to cover his legal fees and associated disbursements.  Any monies raised will be used solely for this purpose.
