At long last- help Rafael with his legal fees!

Hi, my name is Carissa and I am fundraising on behalf of my friend Rafael Godinez who has been incarcerated for the past 26 years for a crime he didn't commit. Rafael was charged with felony robbery and murder for being at the scene of a crime when it occurred.

Rafael was convicted when he was 16 years old.

After 26 years he is finally in a position to fight his own case, which is only now possible because he was able to retain a defense attorney. Unfortunately, it costs a lot of money to participate in the "justice system", whether you are guilty or not, so Rafael needs our help!
