My friend Jesse needs help to get back on his feet and get hand surgery after a bad accident on Saturday, July 11, 2020. He was injured and his van (home) was totally destroyed.
Only a few short months ago many things were so different...we all had different plans for 2020...including Jesse who had finally saved up enough for a home upgrade to a 1989 Chevy G20. It was a huge milestone and man, he loved his van!
Three months later he's lucky to be alive. We're so glad no one else was hurt too. He did break his left hand which will also need surgery to reconnect the tendons. He's had limited income prior, is unable to work now, just lost his home and many belongings, and there are still many unknowns.
Let's pull together and make sure he keeps the use of those fingers!!
There are many causes worthy of your backing, but our friend has just been through a terrible accident and needs urgent medical care. Your help would be deeply appreciated.
We are asking all who are able to please donate something; $10, $20, $100. Whatever amount you can find in your hearts and wallet. I know in these uncertain times that many are out of work. So, it is a difficult time for many, and scary when even more instability is tossed into ones life.
Jesse is homeless until he finds a new solution and heals, which could take a few months. If you have a tent or camping gear you can donate that could help too!
All funds received will go directly to Jesse to cover medical and living expenses as well as help figure out a new home situation. If you're unable to donate money, no problem, just send loads of healing positive thoughts. :)
As far as the accident he was hit t-bone style on the passenger side which flipped his van on the driver side. His window was open so his left side scrapped the road and his left arm and fingers got all beat up.
