Help pay medical bills for Pou Palelei Family

My name is Jessica Hoopiiaina Wright, I’m starting this go fund me account for my brother-in-law, Pou Palelei. Those who are lucky enough to know Pou can attest to what a rockstar husband, superhero dad, and all around amazing guy that he is.  Recently he was diagnosed with a brain tumor and enlarged thyroid. We thought the brain tumor was more threatening but that assumption was misplaced. Pou went under the knife for a standard procedure to remove his thyroid. Unbeknownst to the surgeon it would be the biggest thyroid he’d ever encountered, 9 inches was the small half. Surgery was only suppose to last about two hours but ended up almost 8. To prevent losing Pou to blood loss, the doctor had to close him up. Another surgery will be required to complete the job. We are hoping to help lift some financial strain of yet another surgery.
