Atchison Family Adoption Fund

We have always known that we wanted a family. Angie would actually say she wants a very large family, but really any kids would just be a blessing to have. On our journey to start our family, Angie was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). This made it impossible for us to conceive even with the help of fertility specialists. After a great deal of conversing and praying, we felt as though adoption is what we were being called to do. 

We spent the last year preparing to adopt a child. We updated our home to make sure it was safe to raise a child. With some help of some great family and friends, we finished our home and proceeded with adoption. We found an amazing agency and just finished our home study. And now, the hardest part of all, we wait. 

Once we are matched with the child that will make us parents, we must make the final adoption fee. We aren’t going to lie, adoption is very expensive. It’s a struggle we are having to face now. But despite the fact we very much dislike asking for financial help, we are here to ask for help. Any donation will be such a blessing to us and will get us one step closer to parenthood. We are extremely grateful for all of the help and encouragement thus far into our journey. 

We are excited to be this close to having our family that we have dreamed about for many years now. We look forward to providing a loving and nurturing environment for the child that was chosen to be our family. We thank every single person that helps us on our journey.
