Atlantic and Cape May Counties Care
In partnership with OCNJ CARE, a 501c-3 non-profit.
Cape May and Atlantic County hospitals and local urgent care clinics are running out of supplies needed for their frontline healthcare workers -- Doctors, Nurses, and healthcare staff who are treating COVID-19 patients. In Italy, 1 in every 10 Coronavirus cases are healthcare workers because they are seeing infected patients without a mask. We must not allow what is happening in Italy to happen here.
Healthcare providers in our local hospitals and clinics are running low on masks that are crucial when caring for Coronavirus patients. We have started this fundraising campaign to secure medical masks to the healthcare providers who deserve them and need them the most.
As a community we need to take action. With many connections, we are able to secure bulk orders of KN95 & surgical masks from manufacturers and suppliers that will be shipped to our area for distribution. 100% of donations will go directly into the acquisition and delivery of these masks.
As time goes on, we will increase our goals to be able to purchase additional masks to ensure the safety of our community members working in the healthcare field. At this time, we have already donated 500 KN95 masks to Cape Regional and Shore Memorial.
