Attorney fees for Civil Rights Violation Lawsuit

Donation protected
Hello dear reader, I am Ryan Theodore. On April 18, 2023 while walking around my neighborhood I was handcuffed, searched and placed into a police car. On top of that they halted my phone's video and audio recording. Police acted solely on the report of an individual who knocked on doors in the area. I did not match the clear description given to police by the caller and the caller never stated a crime to police. Therefore police had no articulable suspicion in which they could detain me. The town supervisor Jaime McGlasson's "investigation" found no police wrongdoing or policy violations and has dismissed my complaint. On top of that she publically issued a press release to local newspapers stating that my claim is false and that this happened because of my actions. McGlasson also fabricated information on her public statement to newspapers. My actions were lawful at all times, I obeyed police commands and never resisted.

Because my complaint was dismissed I need to move forward with a civil rights violation lawsuit under U.S.C Title 42 Section 1983, deprivation of rights under color of law as my 1st 4th and 14th Amendment rights were violated. I also intend to sue for 10 days lost wages and pain and suffering as my wrist was injured when police placed the handcuffs on my hand so tightly it fell asleep and police took no actions to help me when I told them I was in pain. I still have episodes of pain when driving, which is how I earn most of my livelihood and have had to take out a loan for a newer automatic car as driving my stick shift is too much of a burden. Although attorneys I have spoken with agree I have a claim they are unwilling to work on contingency as my claim is not as large as they would like (They boast of million dollar settlements on their websites but this claim cannot rival those victories).

This is where I need your help! Would you so kindly make a charitable donation to me to secure an attorney to hold our public servants accountable? I would greatly appreciate it. Unless action is taken against our failing leadership how can we ever expect conditions to improve. Law enforcement needs to be reminded that they swore to not only uphold the law but also to uphold the rights of the people and to act in accordance with the law.
