Attorney's fees and moving expenses

Hi, I am Robert the son of Bob and Ann. In June 2022 the "neighbor from hell" moved into the house next door. He has been harassing my folks and me to the point where he has committed multiple acts of vandalism, threats of violence, intimidation, and bullying. He will not leave us alone. To seek protection, my Dad had filed a civil suit for a restraining order. This neighbor obtained an attorney and they are continually granted delays. This has enabled and empowered the "neighbor from hell" to continue his acts of vandalism and threats by using direct and passive-aggressive intimidation tactics for 6 months now. To add insult to injury, this terrible person has now served my Dad with court documents seeking a restraining order. He is obviously now using the legal system to further harass my family. This has forced my Dad who is on a fixed income to seek legal representation. We are seeking financial help so that we can pay for the attorney and also have the funds to move away from this dreg of society.

Our household has been the victim of elder abuse, hate crimes, vandalism, and continued threats of violence. We need help, and deeply appreciate any financial assistance that you can provide. My Dad has already begun selling his car, borrowing money, and selling other personal items to finance this endeavor. We all are afraid and helpless and really just want to get this person to stop. We want to move from him as soon as possible. We all thank you deeply for your support.
