ATWFC U19's - 24 Hour 400 Mile Bike Ride Challenge

On Saturday 18th January at Aberystwyth Town Football Club (Park Avenue), the U19's Women's squad will attempt to cycle 400 miles in 24 hours on an exercise bike. Riders will take it in turns to maintain an average speed of 16.3 miles an hour for the duration in order to complete the challenge.

Monies raised will go towards the running of ATWFC U19's, specifically the significant travelling costs incurred from competing in the Genero Adran U19's South league. This sees the team travel all over South Wales, from Carmarthen to Caldicot, and many places in between, a total of 12 times throughout the season.

All squad members have been collecting their own individual sponsors for this challenge, however, we wanted to set this Go Fund Me page up if anyone else wishes to contribute. Any amount is greatly appreciated by all at Aberystwyth Town Women's Football Club, and goes a long way to supporting the provision of footballing opportunities for women and girls in Ceredigion and Central Wales.
