Aubree’s Transplant
Donation protected
Hey friends! So many of you have been keeping up with Aubree’s story and have been supporting us for so long. We appreciate the support and prayers more than I could explain! It feels like we’ve been waiting ages to be able to FINALLY say we have a transplant date for Aubree to get her new liver! Tomorrow, May 28th, Aubree will be in the OR for approximately 8 hours and will come out a new girl with a brand new liver. We are SO thankful to her living donor Jesse for his selflessness and for saving our daughters life.
Aubree was originally supposed to have her surgery on May 14th but she got very sick so it had to be pushed back. Due to this, Andrew has been here in Pittsburgh with us since approx May 10th and will be here for the unforeseeable future post transplant. In order for him to stay here with us for as long as possible, we need a little bit of help maintaining our rent and other bills with him out of work so we can focus on Aubree and have Andrew here with us as much as possible over the next three months or so that we’ll be here in Pittsburgh. We managed to save up a little bit of money in preparation for him to be here for surgery, but didn’t expect him to be here and out of work for so long with it being pushed two weeks.
We want to thank everyone again for all of the support and prayers we’ve received over the past year and a half and for allowing me to even feel comfortable reaching out for the help when we need it. Our village means so much to us and we truly wouldn’t be where we are today without every text, phone call, donation, and prayer we have received. We are so truly blessed and know that no matter what God WILL make a way just like He has this far.
Please keep praying because prayers mean more than any amount of money!!
If anyone would like to donate outside of this platform, my cashapp is $Tatorbug421 and my venmo is @tatorbug143
