Help Aubrey Fight Inflammatory Breast Cancer
Donation protected
Dear Friends,
We would like to share an important update on Aubrey Cluff, a 36-year-old mother and barber who is battling a rare form of breast cancer, mastatic inflammatory invasive ductal carcinoma. Aubrey recently underwent a left breast mastectomy and faces a long road to recovery. Her recuperation is expected to take six weeks, after which she will continue with additional treatments, including potential radiation and possibly more chemotherapy.
The chemotherapy has taken a toll on Aubrey's physical and emotional well-being. She has experienced hair loss, which has been discomforting, and daily stomach pain, which has significantly affected her ability to eat without experiencing severe discomfort.
As Aubrey navigates this challenging time, we anticipate that she will face significant financial burdens. We currently estimate that her out-of-pocket medical expenses will reach $8,000, with the possibility of additional unforeseen costs along the way. Moreover, her strength and endurance have been compromised, forcing her to reduce her working hours as a barber from full-time to just three hours a day, resulting in a substantial loss of income. With two young children to provide for, Aubrey's financial situation has become increasingly strained.
To help alleviate some of the financial stress, we have set a fundraising goal of $10,000. Your generous contributions will directly support Aubrey's medical bills, daily living expenses, and any unexpected costs that may arise during her treatment.
As Aubrey recovers from her mastectomy, she is unable to work and faces mounting financial pressure. She now has an extra $400 in monthly medical bills while simultaneously experiencing a $400 decrease in income due to reduced working hours.
Your support, no matter the amount, will have a profound impact on Aubrey's journey. By donating to this fundraiser, you are providing more than financial assistance; you are sending a powerful message of love, hope, and encouragement to Aubrey and her family.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Your donations are deeply appreciated, and may God bless you for your support.
Sincerely,
Ed Heiser
