Auburn University Rowing Club - 12 Hour Ergathon

We are excited to announce that the Auburn Rowing Club will be holding an ergathon on April 21st to raise funds for the team!

An ergathon is an event where a team of rowers collectively try to row as far as possible on a rowing machine within a given time. Our team will be rowing for 12 hours, rotating rowers off roughly every 30 minutes.

We would like to invite you to sponsor our team by either making a flat donation or pledging a donation on a per-meter basis. You can choose to sponsor a single rower or the entire team. We will be providing updates throughout the day on our progress on Instagram, and we would love for you to be a part of it.

The money raised will go straight into improving the functionality of our current fleet. We have many parts that need replacing and spares that need replenishing. We also plan to expand our sculling fleet accessibility with additional sculling oars for our singles, as well as sculling wing riggers for our pair so that it can be converted to a double.
