Hi, my name is Amanda and I'm kicking off this campaign to assist my dear friend Audrey Reynolds with her medical expenses and care, and to let you know that she needs our help!

A little background on her condition....

Audrey has been through a lot since March of 2023 but has been living with a decline in her health since 2010. In 2010, Audrey was prescribed Cipro, and her body has never been quite the same since. For the past 13 years she has been able to manage the pain, joint issues, food intolerances, thyroid imbalance, and other side effects she was left with after taking this medication. However, in March of this year, she was prescribed Flagyl and Hydrocortisone, and her body has not tolerated this medication. Since March she has developed heart issues (sinus tachycardia at rest), protein deficiency, severe anxiety (much of this related to declining health issues), vision changes, high bilirubin levels, inflammation, and more severe and pronounced joint pain, popping, and subluxation. The food intolerances have severely worsened and malnutrition is now a concern and constant battle. She is currently on a diet of soft and blended pure, organic, simple foods. She continues to have thyroid imbalance, with tests showing low T3 levels. She has been through an arsenal of traditional medical testing and attempted treatments, with the only resulting diagnosis being malnutrition and anxiety. While the traditional doctors have acknowledged the side effects of the medications, no treatments are being offered to relieve her symptoms.

So, what's next....

At the failure of traditional medicine and to ease her symptoms, Audrey is turning to alternative and holistic treatments to seek relief. Insurance does not cover these treatments. Her goal is a 2-week treatment of IV peptides, light stim, and possibly stem cell treatments if necessary. She is currently talking with treatment centers locally and one in California, and consulting with multiple locations. The California center specializes in treating and reversing the adverse side effects of antibiotic medications including the ones that Audrey was prescribed.

How will my donation be used....

Friends, Audrey needs our help to seek treatment and relief. She is asking for assistance, any amount you can give will help and go directly towards her treatment and recovery. The goal amount we've set is based on treatment in California at the specialized center which may be her best chance at recovery and return to "normal" life. However, any funds gathered will go towards her care including food, nutritional supplements, and local treatments that she can find. Even if she doesn't reach her California goal or is not able to make the trip that far, she will seek alternative treatments and care locally. She just needs the means to do so. She will also continue seeking traditional medical treatments and diagnoses but has had limited success so far with these methods.

As you know, Audrey is a music instructor and music therapist. She shares her gift for music with audiences young and old. You can view her social media pages and see her beautiful works. Due to her condition, Audrey has not been able to teach since March.
