Emergency Moving Funds

This has been quite the rollercoaster... My name is Audrie and I'm trying to raise funds to vacate my negligent apartment complex. I'm 22 yrs old I work a full time job and have a 13 yr old rescue dog (Luna, in pic), a 3 month old puppy (King) and other family in the works. These problems started early July and have just progressively gotten worse. There's plenty of mold that they refuse to even test unless I pay $500 for it, broken appliances they refuse to replace or fix even when they flood and leak into the apartment below, emergency maintenance wont solve emergency problems, maintenance lost my extra apartment keys from negligence which is an obvious safety concern, the property manager who screams at me to the point where I break down and says I'm not a mold expert and tells me to take her to court, and the list goes on of negligence and hazards... Well. I tried turning to my PCP for a letter stating I'm in unsafe conditions, he basically told me he wouldn't because it has no legal ground and to contact corporate. In an effort today I did just that and when I mentioned my complex name they hung up on me so I called from a different number and didn't mention the property I just mentioned I had a question and they hung up on me again. At this point I am at a loss and I don't know how much more I can take. Its affecting my mental and physical health and I can't turn to legal advice because those fees would be much more expensive. I need to break my lease ASAP or I just might self destruct. Any donations would be very much appreciated, they would be used to break my lease and relocate to better housing where I can live a tolerable life without feeling a prison cell would be more lavish.
