August in December Baby Fund

Hello sweet friends and family,

We are thrilled to welcome baby August Ming Wong into the world this December and we cannot wait for you all to meet her!

August is expected to arrive December 30th at Hospital Galenia in Cancun, Mexico. Our growing family (including super-pups Pete and Charlotte) will be spending December-February in paradise together as we focus on this exciting life expansion.

For those wondering, why Mexico? The health care system aligns more closely with our values (and wallets), dual citizenship is one of the greatest gifts we can offer August, and because in Cancun it's a summer paradise all year long.

We are incredibly appreciative of everyone who has reached out asking how they can support us and August, and extremely lucky to have everything we already need from our directory checklist (I guess that's what happens when 2 environmentalists make a baby and have reached expert level of sourcing second hand treasures)! To everyone who has contributed to the collection - we are full of gratitude.

Since we are very lucky to already have everything on our needs list, we are inviting anyone who wants to give a gift to August to contribute to her "August in December" fund. Donations received will be used to help cover expenses in Mexico such as medical visits and accommodations so our family can be with us at this time. We also will be adding funds to an account we have started for August as one way to set her up for success in her future, which we are certain will be beautiful and bright especially because it will include each of you!
