Jose De Jesus Arreola “Chuyito”

On August 7, 2022 God called one of the most loving person with the biggest heart Jose de Jesus Arreola “Chuyito”. He was a really friendly, genuine, kind, loving, funny guy and loved by everyone he met, I wish him peace. He was a healthy and loving son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.  He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. One of his favorite hobbies was bowling in which he had join three different leagues one at the Leagues was in AMF bowling Alley here in Salem. The second at the bowling alley in Keizer Town and Country Bowling lanes and the 3rd at Starlite Lanes in Dallas he was well known around the community here in Salem, Keizer and Dallas. Jose started bowling 12 years ago back when he was 21 years old. The second sport he loved was Soccer. He started Playing on a Team 12 years ago with his brother in Law’s Team (Benjamin#Chiquilin) his coaches throughout the year always tried to give them as much plain time as they could, as for Jose, he played a position that was unknown a position that would run up and down the whole field and wouldn’t stay in one section, he was the one of a kind Soccer player. His most recent sport he started was weightlifting. He wanted to follow the steps of our little sister Daisy and competed in his very first powerlifting meet after 3 months of training and he was so excited and got his first medal of third place. His family and friends were able to go and cheer for him, but we never in the world imagined that that would be the last time we would see him. The next day, we all got the most painful news that he had passed away, our heart hurts and we miss him very much. This is our first loss in our immediate family He was really loved by a lot of people. We would love to do something special for his Services. But never in 1 million years did we ever imagine this could be so expensive that is why we’re asking for the people of our community friends and family to help us. Everything is appreciated. RIP Jose de Jesus Arreola 7/24/1989-08/7/202. For those who want to join us and say out last goodbyes to Jose for the viewing/celebration of life will be taking place on Thursday from 5-8pm @ Virgil T Golden Funeral Service at 605 Commercial St SE Salem, OR 97301. A short service will be done on Friday to see him one last time before the church starts from 12:30 to 1:30pm and then church will start. The church is San Vincente de Paul located at 1010 Columbia St NE Salem, OR 97301. After church we will transferring Jose to the cemetery and that location is City View Funeral Home & Cemetery 390 Hoyt St S. Salem OR.
