Medical expenses

I’m the step father to my daughter Sarah Walker. She was injured severely in the Walmart shooting in Chesapeake, VA and I am trying to get a start on helping her with her medical expenses with all the surgeries to get her healthy again. She is the sole provider in her house hold for her three children. Between her regular bills that will be accruing for car, insurance, rent utilities and exorbitant medical costs it will be beyond difficult for her to keep up. Any assistance will be appreciated. She has had a hard time just to be on her own and this is a Terrible set back. She may need to use this money to provide for her children and pay regular bills along with the medical.
