On February 14th, 2024, our aunt, friend, and most importantly, mother to Cody and grandmother to Caden and Viviana unexpectedly passed away. Brenda’s love for Cody and her grandchildren was undeniable.

The youngest of 8, Brenda was the baby of the family. She was the life of the party and her laugh was unmistakable. Though she struggled throughout her life, her main love and goal in life was to be there for her only daughter, Cody, and her children.

Cody is our beloved cousin and friend. As an only child, the incredibly difficult task of planning her mother’s funeral and arrangements fell solely on her. She created a loving and beautiful memorial for her mother but as we know, the cost of funerals can create a huge financial burden.

Cody has been an example of strength through adversity throughout her life. She has continuously powered through every difficult experience and trauma that life has thrown at her.

Cody just recently graduated and is working full time to support herself and her children. The financial burden of funeral arrangements has strained her not only financially, but emotionally and mentally as well.

As a small family, we have tried our best to alleviate the stress and burden that this loss has caused her and her children. Any amount will help Cody get through this incredibly difficult time.
