Aunt Karyn's House Fire

Hi Guys, I don't typically do something like this but as you may know by now my Aunt had a house fire Saturday evening and has yet to have any relief from the insurance company. She has slept 3 nights in a smoke/fire-damaged house with minimal communication from her insurance company, which is Liberty BTW. As you can see from her pup these are not livable conditions. She is a white dog. My Aunt is a single mother who already works two jobs to make ends meet. My goal with this is to at least get her and her beloved pets into a safe living situation until the insurance company stops dragging its feet. She has already lost one pet due to this fire I am afraid the pups will get sick from the soot they are ingesting along the way. She is unable to use the A/C as well. She is sleeping with windows open and fans running to try to keep the air quality as good as possible. Anything will help. And if you are unable your kind words of wellbeing have been much appreciated. House fires are so horrible! Thank you for your time.
