Aunt Kat Needs Our Help!!!

My name is Kelly and I have know Kathryn “Kat” (Drain) Simard since she started hanging out with my little sister in high school. A few years later, the two girls visited me at my new place in Belleville.. and Kat met my roommate, Marty. Needless to say, he was the love of her life from the moment she saw him. If you know Kat and Marty, you know what wonderful people they are. They don’t think twice about helping anyone that needs help, whether if they know them or not. But now they need help and unfortunately, they are not getting it. Both of them being self employed, with Aunt Kat’s Pampered Pets Palace and Marty’s Maintenance Service, they have minimal health insurance. Marty had some health issues some time back and has been unable to work for most of the last two years, though is doing what he can now. But our dear Kat.. Kat was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and just had surgery today. She had to stop grooming at her shop and with chemo treatments in her future, it is hard to say when she’ll be able to work again. They’ve spent much of their savings over the last two years while missing Marty’s income. My goal with this gofundme is to raise the $5000 Kat needs to pay her medical deductible.
